Kamiel
This blogspot is entirely consacrated to Kamiel Riske, an artist unknown to the public. Kamiel was quite a character during his lifetime.(1921-1999) Therefore this blogspot is being made primarily to honour him and to expose his works to a broader public) Some of his paintings contain nudity and might, to some visitors of this online gallery, not be suitable to be viewed by young children.

I'm a retired social worker and an avid writer of short stories and poetry in English. This is not my first attempt to design a site in English! My favourite languages are: Dutch, Flemish, our local dialect, French, English, German, Serbo-Kroat, Turkish. Which of those do I actually know? Well: Dutch, Flemish, our local dialect, English, French, German, and Turkish (the latter at 'kindergarten-level') One of my projects on Blogger.com is an online art gallery in honour of the late unknown artist Kamiel Riske. During his lifetime he was a special person to me. He never took part in any major exhibition so I created one of my blogs as a gallery online. I must warn you that some of his works might be considered as being of mature nature in some parts of the world. Now I feel the time has come to start a new project on my own writings
